KCM & KPEC will establish business management aspects for farmers and exporters through a focus on performance, cost reduction and quality control standards completely industrializing the pure sustainable ecological agricultural nature of Kratom.

KCM & KPEC has observed that the driving force of optimization is technology and the need to integrate that technology in business management programs that will be implemented through a platform developed by KCM for global distribution.

KCM & KPEC will work with all member states to maximize material and information flow relating to the supply chain of KCM.

With advancements in technology automation surrounding basic supply chain development KCM & KPEC will bring an increasingly higher level of connectivity for the farmers and exporters of kratom over larger and larger networks of consumers focusing on six (6) key supply chain areas.
